Recorded PC keyboard and controller mappings
Recorded input-setting fields. Remapped controls and your current on-screen prompts take precedence; controller entries not documented by this source are left explicit.
| Action | PC keyboard / mouse | Xbox-style controller on PC |
|---|---|---|
| Move | W / A / S / D | Left stick |
| Jump | Space | A |
| Toggle sled | Left Shift | Left-stick click (L3) |
| Interact | F | X |
| Pick up snow | C | X, by context |
| Place respawn anchor | 1 | Not recorded in this source |
| Return to respawn anchor | 2 | Not recorded in this source |
| Manual ragdoll | R | D-pad left |
| Toggle microphone mute | M | Not recorded in this source |
| Actions menu | E | Y |
| Accept party request | E | D-pad right |
| Decline party request | X | D-pad left |
| Show players | Tab | Not recorded in this source |
| Change chat channel | N | Right-stick click (R3) |
| Place buildable | Left mouse button | A |
| Cancel placement | X | B |
| Rotate buildable left / right | Q / E | LB / RB |
On a small screen, scroll the table sideways to see every column.
The original author also records flight-state inputs: keyboard Space/Left Ctrl for up/down, X to cancel and Q to lock; controller RT/LT for up/down and right-stick click for cancel/lock. These fields do not establish that ordinary unmodified play always provides a free-flight mode.

Camera and movement inversion
The September update adds four invert options in Settings: camera horizontal, camera vertical, movement horizontal and movement vertical. Choose the axis you mean rather than changing all four together.
The same update reduces snowball charge time and allows snow pickup in Peaceful mode. Older videos showing a blocked snow pickup or a different charge time may therefore describe a previous build.

Find the mappings that apply to you
Open the game’s input settings
Volx’s record shows the controls tab and keybind-edit entry in Settings. Read the current action names and prompts on your build.
Record before changing
Keep the original mapping for the action you want to edit. Change one binding and test that action in the correct gameplay context.
Restore the recorded mapping if needed
Re-enter the previous binding if the change does not suit you. This source does not prove a current “restore all defaults” button, so no such button is assumed.
Use the microphone guide for mute versus input problems, and racing for controls used during a run.
